The Waste Reduction Subcommittee focuses on creating innovative, real-world solutions to reduce our city’s waste stream. Members are currently working on educational materials as well as working model for waste reduction that can be implemented within the home and/or workplace. Topics include plastics, food waste, composting, construction and demolition debris as well as hazardous waste.
